The City of Lampasas (population of 6,800) has much to offer the people and the businesses who would become a part of our community. Truly, the "best of both worlds," our city offers all the benefits and warmth of small town living, plus the added advantage of quick access to major metropolitan areas including Austin, Dallas/Ft. Worth, and San Antonio. In addition, many people are attracted to this area because of its central location and excellent transportation network, low business costs, quality of life, abundant water, low taxes, and low cost of living.

Today's Lampasas offers charming neighborhoods, beautiful parks, diverse recreation programs, good schools and city services, and easy access to other amenities in the area. Lampasas is a pleasant community in which to live, grow, and to raise a family.
